Harmonic Engineering Solutions LLC. (Harmonic) is a professional services firm that provides support to public sector clients in Municipal and County Government as well to private businesses in the insurance and legal communities.
Our business was formed in the Summer of 2022 out of the successful restructure of a company known as American Forensic Engineering LLC. (AFE). Bill Henderson, who co-founded AFE in the Spring of 2019, now serves as CEO of Harmonic leading the firm with the benefit of 30 years of experience in leadership roles across the financial services and engineering industries.
Harmonic employs a team of Professional Engineers and Field Experts who incorporate both forensic and design disciplines into a package of specialized engineering services that are delivered to clients through divisions know as Harmonic Design and Harmonic Inspect. Senior Principal Engineers, Wayanda Parkes P.E. manages the firm’s technical operations.
As a business, we aspire to grow unencumbered by the trappings of corporate bureaucracy and to deliver a hassle-free client experience driven by proactive communication and responsiveness. Our operating model is geographically focused on the NY tri-state and Gulf Coast Regions with offices located in the State of New Jersey and the State of Florida (Harmonic Engineering Solutions, FL).

Bill Henderson is responsible for managing business operations and client development at Harmonic Engineering Solutions LLC. Bill has 30 years of experience in the professional services industry broadly supporting of the needs of both individual and institutional investors and in founding and managing a successful start-up Engineering firm known as American Forensic Engineering LLC.
Mr. Henderson has worked for several notable financial services firms serving, most recently, as the National Head of Business Development for the Hedge Fund Practice at big four accounting firm, Deloitte. In the Spring of 2019, Mr Henderson co-founded American Forensic Engineering LLC which he would manage until its restructure and subsequent formation of Harmonic Engineering Solitions LLC.
Mr. Henderson is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, BS, Economics, Spring ‘91.
| Jeffrey M. Parrella Principal Jeffrey M. Parrella, Esq., is a member of the firm’s advisory board providing legal counsel and working in support of the development of the firm’s expert witness professionals. Mr. Parrella graduated from Binghamton University and received his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School. He is a member of the New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bar with thirty years of experience in commercial litigation. |
| Wayanda S. Parkes, P.E. Managing Principal Mr. Wayanda Parkes P.E., is an Electrical Engineer licensed in all 50 states. He is the Head of Electrical Engineering for Harmonic Engineering Solutions and, as Principal Engineer, provides oversight and management for the general delivery of engineering services for the firm. Mr Parkes has extensive experience in MEP related design services in both residential and commercial settings with a specialty in ARC flash testing and studies. Wayanda holds an MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology along with a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of the West Indies. |
